It’s been a landmark year for the quirky, artistic, and super nerdy director/producer/writer/all around TV guy Bryan Fuller. Between his adaptation of American Gods and the triumphant sci-fi return of Star Trek: Discovery, his work is about as weird and varied as it gets. Fortunately, the Seattle burlesque scene is just as weird and varied and they’re ready to rise to the challenge of translating Fuller’s works into Pushing Pasties: American Bods! Put on your most exquisitely designed outfit and strap in for an evening of Bryan even-Fuller burlesque!

Scarlett O’Hairdye teams up with Sailor St Claire and Maggie McMuffin to bring you two shows of Bryan Fuller frontal nudity at the Rendezvous Jewelbox Theater. Grab a snack from their revamped 1920’s menu and settle in for a striptease tribute to your favorite weirdo shows. Channeling everything from mermaid aunts to monstrous visions, captains to cannibals, old gods and new sci-fi, this cast will leave you deeply enchanted, surprisingly hungry, and complaining about cancellations that came too soon.

Starring New York’s Miss Mary Cyn with special Portland guest Hyacinth Lee!

Featuring burlesque performances by Scarlett O’Hairdye, Sailor St. Claire, Kesan, Ms. Briq House, Val Challah, Sin de la Rosa, Miss Elaine Yes, and Lady Drew Blood. Also featuring narration by Bolt Action with Maggie McMuffin providing both costume pickup and snarky comebacks.
