C.C. Presents has been producing pole and burlesque performances in Seattle since December 2021. This year, just one week after our second annual Pride show, we are holding our first fundraising event to benefit the Lavender Rights Project! This show will take place in the intimate Jewelbox theater at the Rendezvous in Belltown. Be prepared to be dazzled by our host, Shelly, as well as performances by Bebe Abundance, La Chiki Chula, Dracena Peridot, Erin, The Gongspot, Jue Ve Jones, Min Soleil, Sierra, Vena Kahlo, and more! Seats available on a first come first serve basis!
“Lavender Rights Project elevates the power, autonomy, and leadership of the Black intersex & gender diverse community through intersectional legal and social services. We utilize the law as an organizing principle to affirm our civil rights and self-determination.
Our organization disrupts oppressive systems that target Black gender diverse and intersex communities of color and lead to disproportionate levels of poverty, housing disparities, and gender-based violence, especially among Black and Indigenous people.”
