The Jewelbox Theater

Seattle is an incubator for badass female, people of color, and queer comics who are creating their own brand of hate-free comedy.

Join Union Street Films, a feminist film collective, for a screening of our latest short documentary, “Oh, I Get It,” created in just 5 days for the International Documentary Challenge.

Featuring Elicia Sanchez, Kathleen Nacozy, Ijeoma Oluo, and Danielle K.L. GrĂ©goire! Cast and crew members will be in attendance and we’ll show a selection of our favorite films from the previous 6 years of Doc Challenges.

*This film has some strong (albiet hilarious) language and jokes about dongs that may not be suitable for the little ones.

**Accessibility: The Jewel Box is wheelchair accessible via a side door to the theater. Please call Sara McCaslin directly if you have any trouble accessing that entrance at 810-341-3902. We also asks guests to do your darndest to arrive fragrance-free!

Union Street Film crew members: Celena Adler, Stacia Beer, Stephany Koch Hazelrigg, Mandy Hubbard, Lila Kitaeff, Reid Kuennen, Maile Martinez, Sara McCaslin, Dacia Saenz, Sukhi Sanghera, and Danny Tayara

Suggested donations of $10 at the door only
