Makeshift Reading is an itinerant quarterly reading series based in Seattle, Wa. This spring, we will be holding our final event at the Jewelbox Theater. Join us in listening to our featured readers, Ramon Isao, Imani Sims, and Christine Texeira share their work as we celebrate the theme: Potty Mouth. There will be an open mic to follow, so bring a piece to read. We will be distributing free Makeshift Zines the night of the event, and food & drink will be available for purchase.
