John Grimes is a Los Angeles based comedian who hails from Saint Louis, MO. Not many comedians can say they opened for Dave Chappelle, Neal Brennan, and Donnell Rawlings all in one night- but John can.
He happened to be holding the door open at a comedy club when they walked in. Dave even said thanks! John’s unconventional thinking about everyday topics takes the crowd hostage and sends the room into roaring laughter.
Regularly performing across the country, John has a special way of connecting to his audience that you need to see to appreciate. In 2018, John produced and filmed his first half hour special “Going For Broke” available to stream on YouTube.
